Hot Buttered Rum

Ingredients

  • 2 measures of dark rum
  • 2 1/2 measures of water
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar or honey 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 1 small pinch of ground nutmeg
  • 4 drops of vanilla essence
  • 1 small cinnamon stick

Instructions

Heat rum, water and sugar in saucepan until almost boiling. Add to glass with remaining ingredients and serve when butter melts.
