Hot Buttered Rum
Ingredients
- 2 measures of dark rum
- 2 1/2 measures of water
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar or honey 1 teaspoon of butter
- 1 small pinch of ground nutmeg
- 4 drops of vanilla essence
- 1 small cinnamon stick
Instructions
Heat rum, water and sugar in saucepan until almost boiling. Add to glass with remaining ingredients and serve when butter melts.
