Ingredients

  • 4 measures of medium red wine
  • 1/2 measure of brandy
  • 1 teaspoon of caster sugar
  • 1 slice orange
  • 1 slice lemon
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves

Instructions

Simmer gently for 30 seconds and strain into glass. Often made in quantity as a punch.
