Ingredients

• 6 measures of dry cider
• 1 measure of golden rum
• 1 stick cinnamon

Instructions

Heat in a small saucepan and strain into glass when hot. Add half slice of lemon.

Alcohol Content: 2.5 units

Glass Type: Heatproof Goblet

Variations:

• Hot Spiced Apple Cider: Add 1 measure of Apple Schnappsin place of the rum.
  Alcohol Content: 2.2 units
