Turk's Blood
An old German recipe originally made with strong beer and Burgundy. This version achieved stardom opposite Liza Minelli in the film Cabaret.
Ingredients
- 3 measures of champagne
- 2 measures of burgundy
Instructions
Add to glass. If claret is used in place of burgundy, served with ice and garnished with fruit, this is a Turk's Neck Cup.
