Texas Fizz

Originally made with soda water, the Texas Fizz recently went upmarket.

Ingredients

• 4 measures of champagne
• 1 measure of gin
• 1 measure of orange juice
• 1/4 measure of Grenadine

Instructions

Shake and strain into glass three-quarters filled with broken ice, add the champagne.

Garnish: slice of orange.

Alcohol Content: 2.3 units
