Ingredients

• 3 measures of champagne
• 3/4 measure of strawberry liqueur
• 2 measures of strawberry puree
• 1/2 measure of lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon of caster sugar

Instructions

Rim glass with strawberry liqueur/caster sugar. Blend all but champagne briefly with three-quarters of a glassful of crushed ice. Add blended mix and champagne to the glass.

Garnish: half a strawberry, add short straws.

Alcohol Content: 1.5 units
