Ingredients

• 3 measures of champagne
• 1 1/4 measure of Mandarine Napoleon
• 1 measure of egg white
• 1/2 measure of lemon juice
• 1/4 measure of sugar syrup

Instructions

Shake well and strain, add the champagne.
