La Panthere Rosé

Created by Marc Boccard-Schuster, Nam Long Le Shaker, London. The bar of Le Shaker is adorned with first prize medals, mainly golden shakers, which Marc won in major cocktail competitions all over the world.

Ingredients

• 3 measures of champagne
• 1 1/2 measures of gin
• 1/2 measures of strawberry liqueur
• 1/2 measure of dry orange Curacao
• 1 measure of orange juice

Instructions

Shake and strain into glass three-quarters filled with broken ice, add the champagne.

Garnish: small sprig of mint.

Alcohol Content: 3.2 units
