Buck's Fizz
Created in 1921 by Mr McGarry, a barman at Buck's Club, London. He specified a ratio of two-thirds champagne to one-third orange.
Ingredients
- 4 measures of champagne
- 2 measures of orange juice
- 1 teaspoon of Grenadine
Instructions
Add to frosted glass.
