Buck's Fizz

Created in 1921 by Mr McGarry, a barman at Buck's Club, London. He specified a ratio of two-thirds champagne to one-third orange.

Ingredients

  • 4 measures of champagne
  • 2 measures of orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon of Grenadine

Instructions

Add to frosted glass.
