Bellini

Created in 1943 at Harry's Bar, Venice, by Giuseppi Cipriani on the occasion of an exhibition of the work of Venetian painter Bellini.

Ingredients

  • 3 measures of spumante/champagne
  • 1 1/2 measures of peach juice
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar syrup

Instructions

Add to glass.

Garnish: slice of peach and a cherry. If mango juice is used in place of peach, this is a Mango Bellini.
