Vodka Martini -James Bond Style

Shaken not stirred' is specified here because stirring with ice leaves the drink absolutely clear, whereas Mr Bond prefers the misty effect and extra coldness gained by shaking.

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 measures of vodka
• 1/2 measure of Noilly Prat

Instructions

Shake and strain into frosted glass. Add green olive. Squeeze lemon twist above surface to spray with oil, and discard.
