Ti-Punch

A traditional French Caribbean aperitif: It is dangerously drinkable.

Ingredients

• 2 measures of white rum
• 1 measure of sugar syrup
• 1 whole fresh lime

Instructions

Wash lime, remove top and bottom, and thinly slice into half rings. Add lime pieces to glass and crush with flat end of barspoon to release most of the juice. Add other ingredients and top up with broken ice, muddle together and add short straw.
