Ritz Old-fashioned

Ingredients

• 2 measures of bourbon
• 2/3 measure of Grand Marnier 1 teaspoon of Maraschino 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 1 teaspoon of egg white
• 1 sugar cube
• 1 dash of Angostura
• 1 measure of soda water (optional)

Instructions

Rim glass with lemon/caster sugar. Place cube in glass and add Angostura as above. Shake and strain into glass three-quarters filled with broken ice. Add two cherries on a stick.

Garnish: half slices of orange and lemon.

Alcohol Content: 2.8 units
