Pisco Sour

Ingredients

• 2 measures of Pisco
• juice of 1/2 a lime
• 1 teaspoon of sugar syrup 1/2 an egg white
• 1 dash of Angostura

Instructions

Squeeze lime juice by hand into glass filled with broken ice and add spent shell. Shake remaining ingredients well and strain into glass, add sprig of mint.

Alcohol Content: 2.0 units
