Perfect (Medium) Martini

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 measures of gin
• 1/2 measure of Dry Vermouth
• 1/2 measure of Rosso Vermouth

Instructions

Stir and strain into frosted glass, add twist of lemon.

Alcohol Content: 3.0 units

Glass Type: Cocktail Glass

Variations:

• Cooperstown Cocktail: Add 1 measure of each of the Vermouths and a sprig of mint in place of lemon.
  Alcohol Content: 3.5 units
  
  
• Stormy Weather: Add 1/2 measure of Mandarine Napoleon to a Perfect Martini.
