Fireman's Sour

Ingredients

• 2 measures of white rum
• 1 1/2 measures of lime juice
• 1 teaspoon of caster sugar
• 1/3 measure of Grenadine
• 1 measure of soda water

Instructions

Shake and strain into glass half filled with broken ice, add the soda. Add twist of lemon.

Garnish: orange slice and a cherry.

Alcohol Content: 2.0 units
