Egg Sour

1 measure of brandy

Ingredients

• 1 measure of dry orange Curacao
• 1 measure of lemon juice
• 1/2 measure of sugar syrup
• 1/2 an egg

Instructions

Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice, add spiral of lemon.

Alcohol Content: 1.9 units
