Created in 1886 to celebrate the success of a Broadway musical.

Ingredients

• 2 measures of dry sherry
• 1 measure of Rosso Vermouth
• 1 dash of orange bitters (substitute: dry orange Curacao)

Instructions

Stir and strain, add twist of orange.

Alcohol Content: 1.5 units
