Cutting Board

It is important to have a good cutting surface near where you are mixing drinks, to prepare fruit and garnishes. As fresh is always best, it is a good idea to do this as you mix your drinks, or shortly beforehand. Make sure that the board is small enough not to clutter up your workspace, but is still large enough to be useful.
